As a key member of the Maintenance and Technical Expertise Department, the Senior Technician in Hospital Thermal Engineering operates under the guidance of the Thermal Engineering Engineer. This role encompasses a variety of critical responsibilities:
- Technical Advisor: Serve as the primary technical expert for new construction and renovation projects, offering essential support to project stakeholders to ensure adherence to technical standards and safety regulations.
- Project Leadership: Oversee specific technical projects from inception to completion, which includes drafting consultation programs, evaluating proposals, supervising studies, liaising with contractors, and ensuring effective site management.
- Team Management: Lead operational teams, foster quality improvement initiatives, analyze energy usage, and contribute to strategies aimed at enhancing air quality.
- Qualifications: Candidates should possess a BP, BAC PRO, BTS/DUT, LICENCE PROFESSIONNELLE, or MASTER in Thermal Engineering and Energy. Proficiency in HVAC systems, air treatment, refrigeration, control mechanisms, automation, and public procurement is essential.
