Join Capijobnew as a Senior Manager F/H and lead the transformation of our Electrical Sector EMEA business into an Industry 4.0 organization.
About the Role:We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager F/H to develop and implement strategy for the incorporation of Industry 4.0 and advanced manufacturing technologies within our Electrical Sector EMEA business.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide Subject Matter Expertise and overall Program Leadership of Industry 4.0 and Advanced Manufacturing for Electrical Sector EMEA.
- Work with senior leaders and site leadership to develop strategies, goals, objectives, resource, CAPEX, planning and communication/change management for the transformation of ES EMEA into an Industry 4.0 organization with connected systems and smart factories throughout.
- Support Deployment Teams with: Developing detailed deployment plans and schedules by site. Tracking and reporting progress on Industry 4.0 projects to all stakeholders. Celebrating key milestone achievements Measure success through the development and deployment of the industry 4.0 score card to track key performance metrics.
- Lead prioritisation of application of industry 4.0 technologies across EMEA via deployment of cross divisional councils. Ensure standardisation of technology solutions throughout. Establish standard work for business case development and implementation of advanced technologies.
- Develop and continuously improve understanding of the advantages of industry 4.0 concepts and technologies and their applicability to various manufacturing and non-manufacturing use cases.
- Bachelor?s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial operations environments.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Industry 4.0, IOT or Smart Factory development.
- Plant management experience (preferred).
- Experience in international operations development (preferred).
- Experience in strategic and annual planning (preferred).
