Project Management Officer F/H

Scalian, a group of specialists, is seeking a talented Project Management Officer F/H to join our team in Ile-de-France. As a key member of our Performance des Opérations team, you will be responsible for managing projects and ensuring their successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Reporting and analysis: Provide regular reports to the Scalian management team, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and proposing actions.
- Quality management: Deploy and maintain our quality reference framework, monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects and portfolios, and alerting project managers to any issues.
- Project planning and management: Plan and manage projects, tracking progress and identifying critical paths to inform project managers and clients.
- Budget management: Manage project budgets, monitoring expenditure and proposing optimizations to project managers and clients in the event of budget deviations.
- Master's degree (engineering or university-level) and at least 3 years of experience in project management in an industrial sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools, such as Planisware or Primavera.
