About the Role:
Fed Human is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel records, processing payroll, and managing employee benefits.
- Talent Acquisition: Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including developing job descriptions, posting job openings, and conducting interviews.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and provide coaching and mentoring to employees.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including labor laws, tax laws, and benefits laws.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large international company.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including labor laws, tax laws, and benefits laws.
