This position involves providing high-quality care to young patients in a psychiatric facility, aged 15 to 25 years, as part of a dual care-study program. Responsibilities include safeguarding, maintaining, restoring, and promoting the health and autonomy of patients, as well as preventing and evaluating their suffering and distress.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborating with the medical team in diagnostic procedures and implementing medical plans.
- Conducting nursing diagnoses and carrying out appropriate therapeutic actions.
- Ensuring patient safety and supporting their integration into family and social environments.
- Contributing to the healthcare/education project and participating in institutional activities related to facility projects, certification, or research.
- Maintaining and servicing equipment, supporting medication management, participating in patient education, and supervising and evaluating students.
Qualified State Nurse with significant experience in psychiatric settings preferred. Must have the ability to work collaboratively, adapt to changes, demonstrate professionalism, and adhere to ethical standards.
