Cascading Technology Strategist

Key Responsibilities

Research & Development
• Foster a culture of curiosity and innovation, driving the development of cutting-edge solutions that advance our competitive offering
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to research, ideate, and prototype opportunities that address business challenges and improve development processes
• Design and propose cost-effective technical solutions to address business challenges and improve governance standards

Architecture & Engineering
• Set the vision and build upon an engineering culture, creating technical and solution design architectures that form next-generation products and platforms
• Work with local, nearshore, and offshore teams, including managing round-the-clock development, to design software that scales against team and client requirements
• Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality products and ensure adherence to governance processes

Governance & Quality
• Manage the existing development and QA teams, ensuring a high-end quality final product through all required governance processes
• Form highly effective development teams delivering within a distributed agile framework, leading code and technical design reviews to help teams deliver their best work
• Create accountability within teams for production procedures, security compliance, documentation, and control, ensuring continuous enhancement

Client Engagement
• Gain the trust of clients, from marketing managers to CTOs, inspiring them about the future and energizing business stakeholders, management, teams, and customers to identify needs and guide the delivery of cost-effective, high-performance information technology infrastructures and applications
• Create understanding with client stakeholders around complex technical discussions and enterprise solution features, benefits, etc
• Participate in new business development opportunities by contributing smart solutions wrapped in creativity and innovation

Business Development
• Drive awareness of Dassault Systèmes in the tech community and be recognized as an industry leader, participating in new business development opportunities by contributing smart solutions wrapped in creativity and innovation

Qualifications

• Real leadership already demonstrated
• A&D related industry experience
• C-Level communications
• Strong experience on customer relationship
• Organization skills to drive / coordinate group of people and group of related projects and program activities
• Good level of knowledge on industry processes and our 3DS Solutions portfolio
• Pre-sales activities and projects delivery experiences
• DS ecosystem knowledge and ability to activate his DS network
