We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Receptionist to join our team at Ultima Courchevel Belvédère, a luxury resort featuring 13 private residences with signature services from the Ultima Collection.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Ensuring the smooth operation of guest stays and their overall well-being

  • Handling pre-arrival requests in accordance with reservation guidelines and making necessary reservations

  • Accompanying guests to their residences, adhering to the standards of the Ultima Collection

  • Making reservations on behalf of guests during their stay

  • Promoting, informing, and commercializing internal services (restaurant, bar, ski room/ski shop, spa, etc.) and external activities

  • Organizing customized guest experiences based on their preferences

  • Building a personalized relationship with each guest

  • Coordinating information between departments to ensure exceptional service

  • Communicating and collaborating closely with the Majordome and Housekeeping teams

  • Handling guest requests and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner, communicating with various departments

  • Managing relationships with external service providers

  • Establishing connections with local business leaders, restaurants, and boutique directors

  • Assisting or replacing colleagues in certain tasks as needed

  • Maintaining and updating the database of tourist information and cultural activities, services, and establishments in the area

  • Participating in the update of client cardex

  • Performing administrative tasks related to arrivals and departures

  • Controlling daily cash refunds to guests for internal and external services

  • Controlling daily cash and cash transactions, adhering to established procedures

  • Daily tracking of complimentary services (direction, marketing, or amenities)

  • Daily reporting and transfer of information to the Front Office Manager, Assistant Director of Operations, and Director of Operations

  • Managing client requests for purchases and deliveries (shopping bags, flowers, express mail, food, etc.) and coordinating distribution with Majordomes

  • Anticipating and assisting with the Night Report

  • Performing day or night shifts as required by superiors

  • Ambassador for the Ultima brand, promoting destinations within the collection

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury villa, yacht, or high-end hotel

  • Proficiency in French and English, with a third language a plus

  • Knowledge of PMS Protel is an asset

  • Excellent general knowledge and strong interpersonal skills

  • Polished presentation and strong communication skills

  • Organized, rigorous, and proactive

  • In-depth understanding of the expectations and requirements of a high-end clientele

  • Ability to manage priorities and meet the demands of discerning guests

  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

  • Attention to detail and strong autonomy
