The Opportunity: Data Scientist - Nuclear Operations

Our Procédé et Technologie team at La Hague plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and sustainable operation of our nuclear facilities. We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of optimizing production processes through data-driven insights.

Your Responsibilities:

• Gather, organize, and structure operational, maintenance, and design data from diverse sources.
• Identify and rectify inconsistencies in the data to ensure accuracy for predictive modeling.
• Develop and refine machine learning models to enhance equipment performance and predict potential issues.
• Analyze operational feedback to understand equipment aging mechanisms and inform maintenance strategies.
• Generate clear and concise visualizations of data and model outputs to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Provide expert recommendations based on data analysis to guide strategic decision-making within the organization.

Your Qualifications:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong foundation in data science principles and a passion for applying them to real-world challenges. A background in nuclear engineering or a related field is highly desirable.
