We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Ubisoft. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes and delivering strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Business Partnering: Collaborate with senior leaders and managers to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Talent Management: Design and implement talent management programs to identify, develop, and retain top talent.
- Organizational Design: Provide expertise on organizational design and restructuring to optimize business performance.
- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to drive cultural transformation and improve employee engagement.
- HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering and talent management.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of French labor laws and employment regulations.
- Language Skills: Excellent English and French language skills (verbal and written).
- Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
