We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to join our team at Dynamic RH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.

• Oversee the preparation of construction sites, taking into account terrain constraints.
• Coordinate and control the tasks of a team of workers under your responsibility on site.
• Organize your work around three main missions:
  • Preparation of the site according to terrain constraints.
  • Launch and monitoring of tasks and quality control.
  • Restoration of the surroundings.
• Master all the techniques used on a second-hand construction site:
  • Implementation of horizontal structures (foundations, slabs, floors, etc.).
  • Assembly and positioning of armature elements for concrete.
  • Fabrication and installation of formwork.
  • Casting concrete and other mortars.
  • Masonry walls using materials (bricks, blocks, plasterboard...) and binders (cement, plaster, etc.).
  • Prepare and apply finishes on various interior or exterior surfaces (facades).
  • Perform openings in masonry (windows, doors, etc.).
  • Renovation, laying of rubble, concrete slab, interior and exterior plastering.
• Master the administrative part of managing a construction site as well as the QSE part.
• Contribute with your team to the realization of its works in respect of safety rules and preserving the environment.

• You are versatile, have a sense of initiative, a sense of relationships and teamwork.
• You have a good knowledge of safety rules and regulations on a construction site.
• You have significant experience in a similar position.
• Travel possible in the AURA region.
