Training Project Manager

About the Role:
As a key member of the MSX International team, you will be responsible for leading the technical training project and managing a team of trainers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and establish the training program for the upcoming year with the client.
- Analyze the conformity of the training plans of the dealerships with the standards of the manufacturer, the historical data of the trainees, and the technical training recommendations.
- Plan and coordinate the training sessions at all training locations, taking into account the necessary teaching materials and logistics for the trainees and trainers.
- Organize the creation and animation of technical training sessions.
- Oversee the management and reporting of this activity, and propose improvements.
- Manage the Technical Training Team.
- Implement actions to achieve the project's objectives.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the training centers in Cergy and Bordeaux.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or equivalent.
- Significant experience in the automotive after-sales industry (technical, bodywork, services).
- Proven experience in team management.
