Job Title: Accounting Specialist

Company: CPAM DU VAR

Description:

  • Participate in monthly and year-end closing operations, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collect and analyze financial data, recording accounting entries, verifying supporting documents, and monitoring financial operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Reconcile accounts, identify discrepancies, and take corrective action to maintain financial integrity.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data from accounting systems, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with budgets, financial procedures, and deadlines, contributing to the approval of new financial policies and procedures.
  • Support treasury operations, including cash management, health insurance administration, and debt collection.
  • Handle amicable debt collection, maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • Degree in Accounting (BAC) and a minimum of 2 years' experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.

Key Skills:

  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable with IT environments, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Dynamic and reactive, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Benefits:

  • Permanent position with a 39-hour work week.
  • Location: Toulon.
  • Monthly gross salary: 2,537€ (negotiable based on experience).
  • Benefits package, including meal card, company health insurance, profit-sharing, holiday bonuses, 50% subsidy for public transport, childcare support, up to 20 days of RTT per year, and additional leave.
