Job Description:
Préparateur Méthode et Industrialisation (H/F):
Key Responsibilities:
- Study and take into account the technical file, including multiple supports (plans, 3D, full 3D, etc.)
- Study the applicability of the modification
- Consider the assembly process (during the creation of instruction sheets)
- Constitute and/or modify the preparation file with purchase, logistics, tooling, and production balancing imperatives, in accordance with applicable standards
- Ensure the follow-up of finished product manufacturing and participate in the validation of its industrialization
- Update permanent production data based on design office or production evolution
- Participate in the improvement of production tools and equipment, and the choice of manufacturing lines
- Establish and update manufacturing procedures and instructions
- Instruct plans, norms, technical recommendations, and task ordering
- Remit to the BE the necessary design modifications to ensure the proper execution of processes
- Constitute preparation files: Define and describe manufacturing ranges, define functional piece pricing, specify tooling needs, create nomenclature articles, create instruction sheets
- Ensure the application of repair solutions for detected non-conformities in the production phase (Non-conformity treatment)
- Treat process non-conformities detected in the production phase
- Resolve technical problems (tooling, working procedures) encountered by workshop personnel, providing a solution within deadlines to avoid production disruption (Rapport control and workshop remittance treatment)
- Support production with all non-series work
- Ensure cross-control of different activity documents
- Participate in first-article reviews (RPA) and first-installation reviews (RPI)
Activity Follow-up:
- Ensure activity reporting: progress, risks, difficulties, etc.
- Participate in project advancement meetings (external and/or internal)
- Contribute to the capitalization approach and be a driving force for continuous improvement on projects
- Perform activities according to the established dispositions of the quality and environmental management system
- Apply safety and cybersecurity rules in force within the Group
Requirements:
- First experience in the aeronautical/industrial environment
Tools Used:
- SAP CERP
- Microsoft Office
- Catia + VPM (consultation maquette)
- PASS SSI (consultation plans assemblage)
Required Technical Knowledge:
- Airbus assembly process
- Plan reading, ideally A350
- Special Airbus procedures
- Configuration management
