Context:

This program focuses on the implementation of Phénom, a human resources tool designed for talent acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  • Address commercial capacity solutions
  • Implement the Phénom system
  • Recommend optimal solutions
  • Manage and ensure budget compliance
  • Estimate workload to manage necessary resources within budget constraints
  • Stakeholder management
  • Challenge the profession/diverse teams
  • Oversee a technical team member

Required Skills:

  • At least 10 years of experience, including in HR
  • Knowledge of the recruitment domain
  • Proficiency in Success Factor
  • Background in IT and technical fields
  • Comfortable with interfaces and technology
  • Fluent in English
  • On-site presence in Paris for 3 days a week, negotiable for the right candidate
  • Must possess a work visa for France

Team Structure:

You will be part of a team of four, with one member dedicated full-time to Success Factor and the vendor.
