**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Train Agent to join our team. As a Train Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of children traveling alone on our trains. Your primary duties will include:
- Welcoming and supervising children
- Ensuring the safety and security of children
- Designing and implementing engaging activities for children on board
- Leading the children on their journey
- Coordinating the logistics of activity kits
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Train Agent, you will be required to:
- Develop and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for children
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Manage activity kits and ensure their availability on board
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Early Childhood Education, Youth Work)
- Experience working with children, preferably in a childcare or youth work setting
- A clean judicial record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong sense of responsibility, dynamism, and adaptability
