CH de Pont à Mousson seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to contribute to our dynamic SMR polyvalent and onco-hematology sectors.
In this role, you will play a vital part in providing comprehensive patient care, encompassing:
- Patient Assessment and Monitoring: Meticulously observe and monitor patients' health status, identifying any changes or concerns.
- Direct Patient Care: Deliver compassionate hygiene and comfort care to ensure patients' well-being.
- Treatment Administration: Plan and administer a range of preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic treatments as prescribed.
- Patient Flow Management: Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring a smooth transition throughout their healthcare journey.
- Mentorship and Guidance: Share your expertise by guiding and mentoring new staff members and nursing students.
