About the Role

The Service of Financial Management is responsible for managing the financial affairs of local authorities, including budgetary results, patrimonial situation, and treasury. The service is composed of a comptable, an assistant comptable, 9 financial managers, and 3 administrative assistants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage financial transactions, including receipts and payments, in accordance with established procedures.
  • Process and execute payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Maintain financial records and accounts for local authorities and public establishments.
  • Provide administrative support, including reception and information services.
  • Contribute to the management of the overall payment delay of local public bodies.
  • Ensure the amicable and contentious recovery of non-tax products from the local sector.
  • Centralize the operations of accountants.
  • Manage the payment and control of public officials' remuneration.
  • Oversee the financial and accounting execution of public procurement contracts.

Requirements

  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and financial management.
  • Proficiency in office software and collaborative tools.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum level of education: CAP/BEP equivalent.
  • Minimum level of experience: beginner.
