Job Summary

TechOhana is seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to support an exciting client's Salesforce implementation and optimization projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration and configuration, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements, processes, and objectives to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvements and develop strategic solutions.
  • Analyze and map business processes to Salesforce capabilities to optimize system performance.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including workflows, user stories, and test plans to ensure project success.
  • Configure Salesforce to meet business requirements and perform system testing to ensure data integrity and quality.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective system adoption.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to monitor key performance metrics and drive business decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proficient in Salesforce administration and configuration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus.
