Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Investment Banking team in Paris. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in developing and strengthening client relationships, participating in advisory teams, and structuring and executing financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries
- Participate in advisory teams to provide strategic advice and execution expertise
- Structure and execute financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt offerings, and other corporate finance transactions
- Develop and maintain financial models, perform customized company valuation analysis, and provide financial advice to clients
- Coordinate teams of tax advisors, attorneys, and bankers for various transactions
- Lead due diligence processes and participate in negotiations of legal documentation
- Minimum 3 years' experience in investment banking or a related field
- History of outstanding academic and professional achievement
- Strong team orientation and ability to work effectively with team members in multiple groups and regions
