About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sommelier (M/F) to join our team at Club Med. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional wine and spirits service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve guests with a personalized wine experience
- Sell wine and premium bar products to guests
- Set up and maintain wine merchandising and facilities
- Manage the wine list and make recommendations to guests
- Work collaboratively with the restaurant and bar teams to provide a seamless guest experience
Requirements
- Commercial experience in wine and spirits required
- Fluent English is compulsory, knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Degree or diploma in hotel management and/or professional or other relevant apprenticeship in the food service industry required
