Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Référent d'équipe at GRDF, a leading player in the energy transition. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients, as well as the security of our teams and infrastructure.
About the Role
As a Référent d'équipe, you will be responsible for:
- Animating and supporting the management of our team of 5 technicians in their daily activities, including exploitation, maintenance, and client-facing tasks.
- Ensuring the safety of our clients, teams, and infrastructure through rigorous risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Developing and implementing effective solutions to improve team performance and client satisfaction.
- Collaborating with our clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and delivery of our services.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in technical operations, maintenance, or a related field (BTS or Licence level).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
