Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced commercial representative to develop our client's sales teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality customer service and promoting the company's values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships to increase sales and revenue
  • Identify and report customer needs, generating orders or reorders as necessary
  • Provide regular reporting and updates through customer visits
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Co-coordinate team meetings and activities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A technical background with a degree equivalent to a bachelor's degreeAt least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hydraulic industryProficiency in computer software, including EBP (an advantage)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsA strong commercial acumen and technical knowledge
