Job Summary

5V Tech | Certified B Corp™ is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers, conducting front and backend development, and designing and implementing scalable solutions.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Python, Django, and Typescript. You will be working on a mix of frontend and backend projects, utilizing your expertise to drive the development of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Conduct front and backend development, working closely with the team to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Design, architect, and implement scalable solutions that meet the needs of our business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior/Lead developer, with a strong track record of mentoring junior developers.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Python, Django, and Typescript, with experience in React.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or higher.
