About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team in Paris. As a key player, you will be responsible for ensuring we achieve our ambitious hiring goals while helping us to re-shape the way we think, work, and collaborate.
Key Responsibilities
- You will recruit top tech talents who are critical to ensure Doctolib delivers an ambitious product roadmap to transform healthcare.
- You will be a recruitment expert that drives our TA Tech teams talent attraction strategies; from building sourcing strategies to mastering closing.
- You will own the end to end recruitment life cycle, including stakeholder briefing, sourcing, assessment & closing.
- You will drive expectation-setting conversations, while leveraging data to be a strategic talent partner to our tech leaders.
- You will engage and coach hiring managers.
- You will be an advocate for your candidates, ensuring they have the best candidate experience.
- You will focus on recruitment operational excellence by leveraging our tools to enhance funnel metrics, speed metrics, quality of hire metrics, candidate experience feedback and diversity metrics.
- You will collaborate with our robust global talent acquisition team (recruiters, sourcers, and coordinator) to up-level hiring from a quality, quantity, and candidate experience perspective.

- Have at least 5+ years of experience as a technical recruiter in a fast-growing or scale up environment.
