About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team at Les Z. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality in our establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide impeccable service to customers, adhering to our high standards of quality
- Accommodate and advise customers, taking their orders and serving food and beverages with professionalism and courtesy
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience
- Supervise and lead the serving team, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills and career development
Requirements:
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Passion for gastronomy and knowledge of service techniques in the restaurant industry
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Ability to work effectively in a team and share knowledge with other team members
- Fluency in English is highly appreciated
