About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team at Les Z. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality in our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide impeccable service to customers, adhering to our high standards of quality
  • Accommodate and advise customers, taking their orders and serving food and beverages with professionalism and courtesy
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience
  • Supervise and lead the serving team, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills and career development

Requirements:

  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for gastronomy and knowledge of service techniques in the restaurant industry
  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and share knowledge with other team members
  • Fluency in English is highly appreciated
