As an IT Project Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that projects meet both functional and technical objectives, collaborating closely with clients throughout the entire project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Project Leadership & Execution: Guide and manage diverse project teams, selecting the most effective delivery methodologies to achieve project goals.
- Team Development & Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning within your team by providing guidance, training, and opportunities for professional growth.
- Active Project Involvement: Participate actively in various project phases, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with client expectations.
- Financial Management & Reporting: Monitor project financials meticulously, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure projects remain on budget and on schedule.
- Pre-Sales Support: Contribute your expertise to pre-sales processes, providing valuable insights to potential clients.
- Agency Governance: Engage in agency governance meetings, contributing to strategic decision-making and fostering a collaborative environment.
In addition to your project management responsibilities, you will also contribute as the Production Manager (~20%), overseeing production governance and supporting tool and process transformation initiatives within the agency.
Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in implementing projects within an Enterprise Service Network (ESN) environment. Strong autonomy, proactive thinking, and a results-oriented mindset are essential qualities for success in this role.
