At Groupe Rocher, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a CDI - Responsable Coordination Logistique Retail - Petit Bateau. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the retail supply chain, ensuring seamless inventory control and efficient stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the retail supply chain, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our stores.
  • Develop and implement inventory control strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve supply chain issues.
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, product movements, and inventory discrepancies.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Excel and SAP, with experience in inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
