Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and versatile professional to join our team as a Recruitment and Planning Multi-Region Manager. As a key representative of DMF Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent, managing client relationships, and overseeing the deployment of commercial animation and merchandising initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Recruitment: Develop and disseminate job postings, source candidates, screen resumes, and conduct phone interviews to identify top talent.
• Planning and Scheduling: Coordinate and manage the deployment of commercial animation and merchandising initiatives across multiple regions.
• Team Management: Supervise and support a team of intervenants to ensure successful project execution.
Requirements
We are looking for a highly organized and versatile professional with a proven track record in service delivery (ideally in an agency or retail environment). If you are a motivated and results-driven individual, we encourage you to apply.
What We Offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including:
• A full-time CDI contract based in Asnières-sur-Seine (92)
• 1 day of remote work per week
• A competitive monthly salary: €2,100 - €2,200 (depending on profile) + variable compensation
