Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Auditor to join our team at Accor. As a Night Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our hotel's overnight activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming late arrival guests and ensuring a warm and personalized experience.
- Managing the hotel's overnight operations, including guest satisfaction and safety and security.
- Initiating contact and establishing rapport with guests to ensure positive and productive interactions.
- Conducting daily reconciliations of the hotel's trading, including checking and preparing reports, completing audits, and collating necessary paperwork.
- Preparing and distributing relevant reports to relevant departments.
- Managing and confirming reservation details and accounts for in-house guests, ensuring accurate recording of details.
- Providing efficient service for guest registration and departure, checking in and out guests as required.
- Maximizing guest satisfaction and ensuring the safety and security of the property.
- Attending to guests' requests efficiently and effectively to ensure total customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Hands-on team player with a can-do attitude.
- Initiates contact and establishes rapport easily.
- Willingness to take ownership and have the initiative to carry out different tasks as required.
- Good understanding of finance and accounting practices.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud is a bonus.
- Ability to work 11:00 pm to 7:00 am and flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
