The Data & AI Culture Executive Manager will play a crucial role in driving the transformation of AXA Group's data culture, leveraging data and AI to drive business growth and innovation.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive data culture strategy, aligned with the Group's overall Tech, Data & Operations Strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data, operations, IT, business, HR, and communication functions, to establish a governance and collaboration system.
- Support entities in implementing data culture levers, from local Executive Committees to the animation of the network of Heads of Data Culture and HEC program alumni network.
- Senior executive with extensive knowledge of and experience in large complex organizations, in the strategic design and implementation of change management, learning & development, and organizational design.
- Experience in the operational implementation of data & analytics use cases, data management - in the Insurance value chain.
- Ability to choose appropriate tools within Change Management market practices.
- Ability to communicate to, mobilize, and coordinate a network of stakeholders from various backgrounds, starting at senior executive level.
- Intellectual curiosity, and taste for innovation.
- Ability to see the big picture as well as deep dive into details when necessary, applying systems thinking.
- Team player in a multi-cultural work environment.
- English - Fluent in speaking and writing.
