Job Description

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our team in Serres-Castet, France. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Purchasing goods and services necessary for the company's operations
• Managing inventory levels in accordance with production and commercial needs, taking into account delivery times, economic constraints, and negotiated contracts
• Ensuring continuous supply and avoiding disruptions
• Issuing and managing purchase orders
• Tracking supply chain flows
• Optimizing logistics costs by consolidating needs and deadlines
• Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and managing order execution and traceability
• Resolving supply chain issues and managing stockouts
• Monitoring supplier quality, delivery times, and costs
• Providing value-added services in terms of product pricing and project management

Requirements

• Master's degree in Purchasing or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in an industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and tools
• Experience with ERP systems
• Strong analytical and communication skills
