A Pharmaceutical Trainer (H/F) in a Permanent Contract


Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Pharmaceutical Trainer to join our team and contribute to:

  • Developing and implementing initial and ongoing training programs for our sales teams
  • Increasing sales in pharmacies and parapharmacies
  • Developing partnerships with naturopaths, groups, pharmacy preparers, and pharmacy faculties


In this role, you will be responsible for:


  • Implementing training programs and innovative solutions to deliver them
  • Participating in the creation and updating of internal and external training modules
  • Leading in-person and remote training sessions
  • Participating in the development of partnerships to promote the brand and increase sales
  • Supporting Marketing and the sales team in managing the competitive environment
  • Participating in the creation of marketing tools dedicated to training


Required Profile:

We are looking for a Doctor of Pharmacy with a strong background in aromatherapy and/or phytotherapy. Your experience in a pharmacy setting will enable you to develop innovative training programs for our teams.

You are results-oriented and possess strong analytical and synthesis skills. As a skilled presenter, you are able to communicate complex scientific information in a clear and engaging manner.

You are autonomous and enjoy working in a team environment, with the ability to work on projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
