The Role
We're seeking an experienced Welding Expert to join our Production team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for preparing and assembling metal components, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual welding processes using TIG and MIG techniques
- Inspect and control the quality of welds performed by robots
- Perform filling operations on collectors, in all positions and thicknesses
- Update quality and production tracking records
- Potentially, perform metal forming operations on site at St. Marcel
Requirements
- Experience in welding and/or metalworking
- Proficiency in various welding processes, including TIG and MIG
- Ability to read and interpret welding instructions
- Knowledge of material handling and equipment operation
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
