**Job Description**
NTU International A/S is currently preparing a tender for the Framework Agreement (FWA) to support the EU ENERGY EFFICIENCY FINANCING COALITION.
The objective of the project is to provide technical assistance and financial/economic expertise to support the EC/CINEA in the development and management of the Coalition, which shall bring together public authorities and relevant stakeholders, including financial institutions and energy-efficiency related businesses, operating both at EU and national levels, and that can be used as a platform for dialogue, experience sharing, development of new collaborative initiatives on energy efficiency financing, with a focus on achieving the EED.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Steer the development of national energy efficiency markets addressing national barriers to unlock the set-up of appropriate financial instruments and/or support programmes combining public and private finance.
- Provide comprehensive and integrated financing solutions, maximise the benefits of public funding, while leveraging private financing into energy efficiency.
**Requirements:**
- Relevant economic, engineering, legal or technical education (university degree, post-graduate level)
- At least C1 level in English, in the Common European Framework for Reference for Languages, and C2 for the national language of the specific Member State they cover.
