Our client is a leader in the design, installation, and maintenance of advanced electronic security systems, including access control, surveillance cameras, and intrusion detection.
Role Overview: As a Mobile Security Technician, you will report directly to the Technical Manager and be responsible for:
- Executing installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs on electronic security systems at various client locations.
- Operating primarily within the regions of Lorraine, Alsace, and Franche-Comté.
- Working on a range of systems including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and management of safes and openings.
- Identifying and diagnosing system faults, performing necessary repairs, and ensuring optimal system performance.
- Providing training to end users on the proper operation of installed systems.
- Compiling regular reports regarding service interventions and spare parts needs.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery within agreed timelines.
This position as a Mobile Security Technician offers a unique opportunity to engage in a varied technical environment and face daily challenges.
