Fed Construction is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager for Earthworks and Construction to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of earthworks and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget completion of earthworks and construction projects.
  • Site Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of site teams, including subcontractors, equipment operators, and clients on site.
  • Resource Management: Manage resources, including equipment, materials, and personnel, to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
  • Cost Estimation and Client Communication: Develop and present detailed cost estimates and proposals to clients, ensuring clear communication and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of earthworks, construction, and project management principles.
