The U.S. Mission to UNESCO is in search of a dedicated individual to fill the role of Administrative Coordinator for the Deputy Chief of Mission (DCM).
Key Responsibilities:In this position, you will deliver a comprehensive array of administrative, operational, and technical assistance to initiatives aimed at improving the overall productivity and effectiveness of the U.S. Mission.
The successful candidate will possess a robust understanding of administrative practices, exceptional English communication skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in standard office applications.
Specific Duties Include:- Managing the DCM's calendar and appointments.
- Handling incoming communications and inquiries.
- Collaborating with fellow administrative personnel.
- Preparing official documents and correspondence.
- Reviewing and refining written communications.
- Arranging travel logistics.
- Ensuring efficient office operations.
