**Mission Overview**

At JCDecaux, we are committed to a comprehensive approach to Corporate Social Responsibility (RSE). As part of our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) department, we are seeking an Ergonomics Specialist to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Support the Ergonomics Team Lead in conducting systemic analyses of operational departments and ensuring the continuity of prevention actions for Work-Related Musculoskeletal Disorders (WMSDs).
• Develop and animate the ergonomic approach within the company.
• Contribute to the creation of ergonomic communications.
• Analyze WMSD-related accidents.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of our activities and workstations, both in the field and in offices.
• Assist the Ergonomics Team Lead in projects related to design and actions for other departments.
• Conduct collective and individual ergonomic diagnoses upon request from various departments.

**Requirements**

• You are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Ergonomics or Psychology of Work.
• You possess:
  • A strong analytical and synthetic mindset.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A respect for confidentiality.
• You have a pragmatic and dynamic approach.
