- Oversee a team of around 8 machinists within a larger facility of 150 personnel, directly reporting to the production manager.
- Facilitate team development through shared goals, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Assess recruitment and training requirements, fostering independence among machinists.
- Guarantee adherence to operational processes, product quality, and production standards, while contributing to routine production and strategic action plans.
- Recognize opportunities for enhancement, organize collaborative workgroups, and engage in the planning of workshops and tool development initiatives.
Salary: Competitive compensation ranging from 35KEUR to 40KEUR, plus additional company benefits.
Schedule: Two shifts available (6h/13h - 13h/20h).
Interview Process: Candidates will undergo a physical or virtual interview with a representative from Fed Ingénierie, followed by discussions with HR and production management.
Profile: Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of leadership experience in the industrial domain, looking for a stimulating environment for growth.
