**About the Role**

As a Project Manager - Electrical Engineering at EQUANS, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and projects in the electrical engineering field. Your primary goal will be to ensure the successful execution of projects, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, cost control, and timely delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage a team of electrical engineers and technicians to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including sales, engineering, and operations teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.

**Requirements**

  • 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering project management, with a strong background in project coordination and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices, with a focus on safety, quality, and cost control.
