Our Division

Group Technology Operations (GTO) is responsible for designing, developing, and operating Global AXA IT products. Our mission can be summarized in four main activities:

  • Global product delivery
  • Global product portfolio management
  • Day-to-day operations management
  • Entities proximity management
Our Department

You will join the Distributed & Mainframe Global Products department, which delivers final products for AXA entities and transversal components or intermediate products to other products departments. Our team relies on over 220 people to handle product development in an agile way of working.

Your Missions

As a Windows Server Security Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving OS patch management in collaboration with security teams
  • Engineering, testing, and operating solutions, documenting accordingly, and handing over to additional operational teams
  • Undertaking security project activities, including audit remediation
  • Ensuring proper OS Security Lifecycle Management worldwide
  • Supervising, managing, and administering all kinds of Windows Servers within the AXA Group
  • Enhancing and enriching automation capabilities to optimize day-to-day operational business support
  • Acting as a tech leading instance working in a global Windows OS Product Team environment
  • Being the trusted advisor for our customers/partners
  • Working closely with Build Engineers being part of our Global Team on Windows Server Evolution and transformation
  • Optimizing Windows Server Platform Management either locally or in public Cloud Datacentre oriented
  • Controlling Incident, Problem, and Change Management aspects driven out of Windows OS Team
Profile

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:

  • Senior and Advanced Windows Server Engineer/Expert/Administrator
  • Good understanding of state-of-the-art Security, Compliance, and Server hardening concepts (GPO Management)
  • Good knowledge of actual but also legacy Windows Server OS Versions (W2k8 – W2k22)
  • Engineering, Coding, and Build capabilities preferably powered by MS PowerShell
  • Understanding of actual Dev-Ops methodologies and tool stack like for example Puppet Enterprise, Terraform, GitHub, Artifactory
  • Knowledge of Server SW Packaging procedures (Ex. Chocolatey)
  • A big interest in future-oriented Cloud Solutions and Platforms like Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure
  • Knowledge of various Datacentre Layers and components like Virtualization and Compute Technologies (VMWare ESX, HW Management, AD Management, Network, and Firewall protocols)
  • Experience with Windows Server Patch Management technologies like WSUS
  • Some interest in future-oriented AI-Ops solutions to optimize operational support and business line
  • Be open-minded, strong in communication, and stakeholder management
  • Love to work in multicultural environments distributed all over the world
  • Act fully autonomous and pro-active in driving complex situations and scenarios
