Job Summary

Safran Electrical & Power is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in the Production Methods department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production site in Méru.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze production needs and optimize our stock of strategic spare parts.
  • Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) across production lines.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve equipment performance.
  • Establish and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for maintenance activities.
  • Develop and update maintenance schedules.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance and Engineering teams to update the backup plan.
  • Optimize and develop the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) system.
  • Propose new tools to facilitate maintenance tasks for technicians.
  • Participate in the selection of new equipment and tools to standardize and simplify maintenance.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance Methodology or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a maintenance role.
  • Proven expertise in implementing and developing Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) systems and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
  • Ability to manage and maintain spare parts inventory.
  • Polyvalent, curious, creative, and autonomous, with excellent teamwork skills.
