About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Manager to join our team at Point.P, a leading multi-specialist building materials company. As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse and ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a team of logistics staff, including Magasiniers Conseil, to ensure efficient and effective warehouse operations.
  • Coordinate and manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods and materials, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing stock discrepancies.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, purchasing, and operations, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in logistics management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex logistics issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software, including inventory management systems.
