Key Responsibilities- Management and Leadership
- Lead a team of 4 people and define their objectives, evaluate their performance, and provide guidance for their professional development.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, fiscal, and regulatory requirements.
- Financial Management
- Develop and implement financial policies and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Manage cash flow, analyze variances, and update financial forecasts.
- Establish and monitor performance indicators and participate in the preparation of budgets.
- Close financial accounts, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Communicate financial information to external partners.
- Administrative Coordination
- Develop and implement HR policies in collaboration with the General Management and HR department.
- Manage relationships with government agencies and experts, handle contentions, and supervise general services (hygiene, safety, new works, insurance, supplies, equipment, and contractor contracts).
- Oversee the IT department, define resources and needs, and manage implementation and deployment projects.
- Prepare meetings and establish meeting minutes.

- Supervise and recommend strategic solutions for the company's financial policies.
- Develop recommendations for the General Management on financial strategies and for operational managers on budgetary processes and operational solutions.

- Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles, as well as management tools.

- Knowledge of current tax regulations.
- Excellent proficiency in office software, particularly accounting and management software.
