Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Home Care Assistants to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to elderly individuals in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being under the guidance of a registered nurse.
- Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized hygiene and comfort care to elderly patients in their homes, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
- Offer valuable advice, preventative measures, and educational resources to patients and their families, promoting optimal health outcomes.
- Utilize a smartphone for efficient scheduling, patient record management, and care plan implementation.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals as needed, ensuring seamless coordination of care.
Work Environment:
We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where your contributions are valued.
- Flexible work schedule: 8am-12pm / 4pm-7pm, with one weekend shift every three weeks.
- Personalized patient caseload: Each caregiver is assigned a manageable number of patients (5-6 in the morning and 5 in the afternoon), allowing for dedicated attention to each individual's needs.
- Comprehensive support system: All necessary equipment is provided, and weekly team meetings ensure ongoing communication and support.
Compensation and Benefits:

- Salary range: €2144 - €2391 per month, based on experience.
