- Oversee the commercialization of diverse services offered to clients, including event setup, catering, and technical assistance.
- Guarantee the effective execution of events, managing all aspects from planning to on-site operations.
- Support clients in the comprehensive organization of their projects, ensuring alignment with their specific requirements and our team's capabilities.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills, strong organizational capabilities, adaptability, coordination expertise, excellent communication skills, and a robust customer service focus. A background in commerce and event management, along with experience in project management within an event setting, is essential. Proficiency in professional English and familiarity with safety regulations applicable to event venues, as well as competence in office software, CRMs, and planning tools, are also required.
This full-time role necessitates flexibility for evening and weekend work as per a predetermined schedule.
