Your Role: Control Systems Engineer
As a Control Systems Engineer within our Instrumentation, Control System and Telecommunications department, you will play a vital role in designing and engineering control systems for diverse energy projects.
You'll be part of a multicultural team working on projects spanning low-carbon solutions (CO2 capture, H2, Wind), LNG, and biofuels. You'll collaborate closely with project management, procurement, construction teams, as well as international partners including clients, sellers, and engineering partners.
Your Responsibilities:
- Analyze technical standards and select appropriate technologies for implementation.
- Develop detailed specifications, functional analyses, and requisitions for control systems.
- Prepare documentation related to the implementation of control systems.
- Define interfaces with client teams (operators, maintenance, IT) and internal technical disciplines.
- Analyze and define process control and safety systems.
- Coordinate technical aspects with discipline squad leaders.
- Evaluate supplier bids on a technical basis and monitor purchase orders.
- Manage supplier documentation and chair meetings with suppliers.
Your Opportunities:
- Participate in factory acceptance tests for control systems.
- Lead commissioning missions on-site to ensure successful system integration.
Your Profile:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Control Systems Engineer with a strong understanding of industrial automation and control systems. You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong communication and teamwork skills.
