Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Leader for HR to join our HRIS team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing several HR, communication, and Legal applications from an IT standpoint. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the Business and IT teams to identify and implement enhancements, streamline processes, and drive data integrity across the IT ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the IT Roadmap
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive IT roadmap for HR, communication, and Legal applications, ensuring effective utilization, simplification, and optimal performance of technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with Business and IT Teams
    • Work closely with Business and IT teams to identify and implement applications enhancements that streamline processes and improve data integrity.
  • Subject Matter Expert
    • Serve as the subject matter expert on HR technology advancements and best practices, keeping abreast of industry trends and recommending innovative solutions.
  • Provide Guidance and Support
    • Provide guidance and support to HR and management teams on HRIS functionality, data analytics, and reporting capabilities.
  • Lead HRIS Projects
    • Lead HRIS projects, including system upgrades, implementations, integrations, and data conversions.
  • Develop and Maintain Data Integrity Standards
    • Develop and maintain HRIS data integrity standards and procedures, ensuring compliance with internal processes or data protection regulations.
  • Conduct Regular Audits and Analysis
    • Conduct regular audits and analysis of HR data to identify and resolve discrepancies or data quality issues.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in system maintenance, deployment, and project management.
  • Technical Knowledge
    • Strong technical knowledge and experience with HR systems.
  • HR Processes and Policies
    • In-depth understanding of HR processes, policies, and data management best practices.
  • Project Management
    • Proven track record of successfully leading IT implementations, integrations, or system upgrades.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
