Auxiliary Social Worker - ADMR de BOUCONNE - PIBRAC (31820) (H/F)

Permanent or Fixed-Term Contract

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals in their daily lives, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Provide support with essential daily tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation.
  • Accompany individuals to social events, appointments, and outings.
  • Use assistive technology to enhance the individual's quality of life.
  • Ensure the individual's home is clean and safe.
  • Monitor the individual's physical and emotional well-being, providing emotional support and stimulation.
  • Organize activities and hobbies to promote mental and physical well-being.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Social Care or equivalent.
  • Minimum hourly rate of 13.08 euros, with potential for higher rates based on qualifications and experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
Working Conditions
  • Permanent or fixed-term contract.
  • Salary based on the BAD collective agreement.
