Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Systems and Network Administrator to join our team at Harry Hope. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing our company's IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain our company's IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, and virtualization solutions.
- Configure, administer, and maintain network equipment, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
- Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements to our IT infrastructure.
- Document and maintain accurate records of IT processes and procedures.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in IT infrastructure and network administration.
- Excellent technical skills, with expertise in multiple areas, including systems, networks, and virtualization.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
